Click and Connect offers free online groups in Art and Choir groups for those who enjoy being creative, and a Mindfulness for Autism Group for those who are looking to reduce the impact of stress.
The groups are a great way to come together and meet new and like-minded people in a safe and friendly environment.
The groups are delivered online via Zoom and are open to the autistic community and their families across Scotland.
